  I went in for a mani and facial. The facial was good other than the fact that they didn't remove my makeup which I was told they would. When I came home I still had makeup on my face. But the manicure was by far the worst I've ever had. I went in with very long nails and told them I wanted the same shape just a tiny bit shorter and a pink polish. And now my nails are in tatters. I've never been so embarrassed about how my nails look. They are so short it's actually painful. My fingers hurt. But that isn't even the worst part. Every single nail is a different shape and length. They tried to fix it but she cut so much off the sides (despite my asking for a slightly rounded square) that there wasn't anything they could do it fix them. I decided not to bother with any polish and they didn't charge me for the mani, she said she was sorry I wasn't happy but nothing could really be done about it. I've attached photos of what my nails looked like when I went in and what they look like now.

  I had the Spring special which was a body wrap and facial treatment and would thoroughly recommend it.
