  I wasn't sure about Essence Lifestyle in Claremont, Perth at first. Good thing they offered me a free access to their fitness gym for 7 days. I also took advantage of their free assessment. It helped me find out which weight loss programs are suitable for me. As soon as the free trial expired, I immediately signed up for a membership. Good one Essence Lifestyle people! You guys are awesome!

  I've been going to the gym for over a few years now. It has been a long time coming.. but staff need to start maintaining the gym much better. During peak periods between 4-8 in the afternoon to evening, large numbers of people (especially young guys) come through the gym. Often this results in equipment, weights plates, skipping ropes and other pieces of equipment being left around the gym; not to mention weight plates being randomly stacked on holding bars. It would take no more than 10 minutes out of an hour, at most to ensure that everything stowed away correctly. It would be even better if it done regularly over busy hours to ensure ease of use and makes functioning in gym easier. Otherwise I would say the gym lacks professionalism and isn't catering for fitness enthusiasts as it used to in the past.

  corporate fitness programs are really hard to find. that is why i was lucky to see Essence Lifestyle Gym in Claremont. They offer fantastic rates and quality services to their clients. i am really satisfied with them and will get their services again in the near future. will recommend to all.

  I never tried any fitness gym before. So I was a bit reluctant to get a family fitness gym membership. But after my 1st day experience at Essence Lifestyle Gym Claremont, I can't thank them enough. Friendly staff, nice environment and best equipment. - Sly Sylvester, Claremont, Perth
