  James and the staff at Bedshed met my 5 year old daughter and I with a friendly greeting, but didn't launch into a sales pitch. The staff gave us some quick ideas on what to compare for a bedroom set for my daughter and easily explained which products were discounted for their Stocktake Sale. We had plenty of time to walk around the store and look at what might fit our needs.

  Thanks to Leanne at Bed Shed Claremont. Came in to buy 3 beds. Wasnt pushy, asked what we wanted and what was important to us when it came to the matress. No only did she point us into the right direction, Leanne also organised delivery of our new beds. Thank you so much Leanne for all you help!

  Bought a Tempur king Size mattress early this year and stored it for 6 months till 2 weeks before our wedding day. Slept on it one night and it was so uncomfortable. It had been 6 months since we bought it and contacted the store with little hope of an exchange - expecting "we are really sorry but". Completely the opposite. Rose said she would have to check with the owner but would do her best to make sure we were happy. We then received a call from the owner Nigel who said not only would he swap the mattress for a softer Tempur mattress, but in fact we could swap ot for any mattress in the store. He wanted to make sure we were happy with what we bought from them. Am now expecting delivery of a super comfortable Beautyrest mattress on Wednesday. Thank you so much guys, really appreciated.
