  They were slow dragging out the move. Consequently I couldn’t have them put anything back together like beds and a wardrobe.

  Be very careful, they use untrained cack handed students who are rough with your goods. I have had breakages due to roughness and trying to carry too much.

  It is disappointing to read that some have had a poor experience with 1800. Mine was positive - the guys were willing workers and responsive to my needs. Christian coordinated the move well and was flexible to meet my timing. The guys on the job solved problems, rather than raising them. I would use 1800 again.

  Moved my Furnniture fron Hillarys to Mount Claremont, I requested 3 men to make it easier, safer. They cracked my bedroom dressing table (new bedroom $7000, and broke my cyrved TV stabd (78 inches) ) their boss Christian was contacted many times and he came to look at the stuff that needs repairs. He was very upset about my complaints, he said he will get a lady to come a fix things, now 5 months after that and he never repaired anything. His men were very slow, one of them carried a small billow with both hands in and out to the car to use more time. Very upset and regret the money and my broken stuff

  Cant say I can relate to one or two less than perfect reviews, it is like they are talking about a different company. I can not speak more highly of the service given by the team of removalists. They took the time to understand what needed to be achieved within a specific time frame. They were efficient and careful, friendly and good humored. I appreciated mostly their willingness to help when I had left something off the "to-do" list and they insisted on completing the job, they were the first company to actually tie up all the loose ends before leaving.
